In this case, our client had signed a record of settlement with their employer to resolve an issue. However the employer didn't follow through on the agreement, breaching the terms and meaning that our client had to file for compliance twice.



Very few record of settlements and ERA determinations go unpaid and need to be filed for compliance. However if the other party does fail to make payment of an award, we take a lot of pride in seeing our clients come away with a successful compliance order in the ERA.
